This function is used to load an RSA private key into the context from a buffer.
The buffer containing the RSA private key.
The private key format (ASN.1 or PEM).
Set to indicate what error occurred, if any.
Calls SSL_CTX_use_RSAPrivateKey
or SSL_CTX_use_RSAPrivateKey_ASN1.
